From 5th June onwards, the property will be undergoing major demolition & construction work at the Pattaya wing of the hotel. The demolition and construction work are expected to have major disturbances during the day causing discomfort to the guests. The hotel have requested the constructors to start work from 10 am onwards till 5 pm every day. The property will also close the 2nd-floor pool permanently. The demolition and construction work will be carried out during June, July and August.
A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
