This trip was my family’s second time staying here in the span of 6 months. Great location Great facilities Close to everything

As mentioned it was my family’s second time there in 2023-2024. The first time the staff was lovely but this trip the staff were down right rude and unhelpful. I made 2 bookings for my family one for my Family and the other for my uncle. We paid both bookings in full and when they arrived at the Hotel, staff demanded my uncle pay for his stay again, another $489AUD, despite having a copy of the receipt and full booking confirmation. I didn’t go on this trip but was called from Thailand to Australia asking if it was paid for by the staff. After I replied that it was paid in full they wanted another copy of the receipt, I sent it to them. No apologies were offered for this inconvenience at all, took almost an hour for them to sort this out for my family despite having all booking confirmation and receipts. Would be thinking twice about booking here again.

Beds are way too hard, needed a shower curtain, i ordered one but never received one, and the air-conditioning had to be serviced 3 times, it leaked water on our baggage

It's a good decent hotel with a decent buffet breakfast...

I didn't like the room i was put in (3615) as the balcony veiw was a stairway for all to see inside, no privacy! I asked for a room change but was told i would have to pay more!! I was getting very agitated as people using the stairwell kept on looking into my room. I finally got a room change the next day but was put into a much smaller room, no balcony which i paid for, and no extractor in the bathroom, room (508) Sunshine hotel were quick enough to say i will have to pay more to change my room but as i was put into a room i have described i didn't get what i paid for so I should be due some refund! I stayed 3 times in this hotel in under a year so the Sunshine hotel gets my business. I await a reply...

We booked twin share bed room, but they offer another room, which is small and dirty. Few drank people disturbing mid night, another side everything is good, breakfast is excellent.

There was blood on My bed sheets , ı asked them to change it ; they told me that houskeeping are away; until tommorow ı have to wait Like that and use it ; and the last day they press too much on leaving at 12:00 am

the girls at the reception were very kind and helpful , 1 of the lady's CATOEI her name her character towards me was as if she had known me for years she was sow kind and cheerful about me i hope the manager appreciate her kindness and the interest that this lady show for the hotel

i stay about 6 weeks 40 night that is sure i record of any other tourists in Pattaya and maybe the country of Thailand i don't believe that other tourist stay this long time some me , the problem was the t,v the first 2 to 3 weeks was ok the last 3 weeks the satellite channels was having serious problem and not even 1 channel was ok ,and none person fix them ? and i was stay the half of my days with no satellite t.,v the 2 problem this hotel have i very bad quality of wife, the hotel room is close for the last to months from the begin of October until the last day of November sow you make money but you don't care about fixing the wife and the sate lite channels ? ,

The hotel has had some big refurbishments since the CV shutdown. The room is a lot fresher since previous visits. Reception & the cafe have also had a makeover. Very nice. The location is great for the north end of pattaya - close to the beach, Terminal 21, even Soi Bukhao is only a short walk. And underneath parking is very handy. Have stayed before, will definitely stay again

Nothing really not to like. For the tariff charged it's excellent value for a decent, if not 5 star, accommodation

Three pools all small one very small. Poorly placed one on lower ground floor one on the roof in another part of the building and the tiny one next to the dining room.

Second or third time staying at this place. It's a decent price and it's in a good location. I particularly like it because you don't have to pass the front desk everytime you go in. Rooms are decent, though some are better than others.

There always seems to be a problem with the system everytime I check in. The staff seems almost too busy to check you in. They seem like they are putting out fires just as you arrive.

Surround of hotel ,the street,soi 8 . You must take good care to avoid accident ( I am 76 year old ) If I will come to Pattaya ,I would like to stay again.
